Attached you will find a flyer for the upcoming Town Hall event being planned by the Steuben Prevention Coalition’s Underage Drinking Prevention Task Force. This event will be held in Hornell at the Spotlight Theater; however, it is intended for parents, educators, community members and/or any adults that are concerned for our youth today. Substance use among adolescents is a problem and then combine that with social media, driving, etc. and the problems tend to escalate.
